How a job works

  1. Agree the work

Settle the scope, timeline and price together, with milestones for bigger jobs.

  2. Pay into the hold

You pay up front. The money is held securely until each milestone is delivered and reviewed.

  3. Approve and release

Once you approve, the money goes to the expert. Ongoing SEO works the same way each month.

Questions

When do I pay?

Before the work starts. The money is held until you approve the delivered work, then it is released to the expert.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Ask for changes first. If you can't agree, either side can open a dispute. We review the scope, deliverables and messages, then release the money, refund it or split it.

Can I hire someone for ongoing SEO?

Yes. Set up a monthly payment with an expert. Each payment goes through the same hold-and-release process.

How do experts get paid?

Experts connect a payout account when they sign up. When a milestone is approved, the payment goes to that account, minus our commission.
